Olio Italian Restaurant Kuwait

Olio Italian Restaurant Kuwait

I was invited to experience the new Italian restaurant Olio. The restaurant has a magnificent view on the hotel’s swimming pools.
We tried few of the dishes with Chef Francesco Picaro, my compliments to the Chef, who made my experience joyful.

I don’t recall the exact name of the dishes though, but we had the rib eye Steak, which was tasty but dry (make sure to order it medium well). Eggplant with cheese (I think the name was Parmesan and it is appetizers), which was amazingly tasty. The mushroom risotto, the Portobello mushroom was heavenly tasty. Another appetizer made of shrimp balls, which needed some sauce on the side (very dry to me, but my friend loved it).
We tried two different drinks and both were tasty. As goes for the desserts, it was ok.

Thanks Laila Al-Tarawneh for the invitation, and to Chef Francesco Picaro. I really had a great time.
