Every year we write our resolutions, and we promise ourselves and others that we will apply them, but when the year ends we find that we make more mistakes, and we add up instead of reducing it to our resolution list.
Didn’t we all go through this? How can we solve it? How can we make sure that we reduce the list instead of adding it up?
I wish I have the right answer, but I don’t. There is lot of books and training courses, which provides information on this regard, but how can we apply them on our self is the main problem. Anyone! Please share your suggestions with us.
