I keep wondering, way the restaurant don’t keep the quality of their service and the food over time. Is it because they have base of customers that they don’t care anymore? Or they get tired of keeping it.
Yesterday I had my dinner at Sabah wu Masa, which was one of favorite Lebanese restaurant in Kuwait. There service still excellent, but they lost the quality of the food especially the meat. Appetizers are almost the same quality, which is very good overall. However, I didn’t enjoy my meat it was harsh and hard to chew.
I find it sad to lose the trust of the customers, and I wish other restaurant don’t do the same.
